This thoughtfully designed home features four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms upstairs. With a total of three well-appointed bathrooms and abundant storage throughout, including an office, large pantry, and walk-in wardrobe, Calbreath Place prioritises convenience and functionality.

This design is a proposed new 2 storey dwelling with attach double garage and Flat, to replace an existing property. The clients requested a concept plan and wanted to keep as much of the existing landscaping after they provided us with a site plan to indicate the existing planting areas.We aimed to use claddings that blended well with the surroundings and within the subdivision it’s placed in too.
